The campaign is open, the commission is higher, and the participant list looks healthy. Yet there is little content to review. Adding another incentive may leave the same operational problem in place.

[A seller described a large gap between participation and submitted content](https://www.wearesellers.com/question/110953?ref=blog.onecrewai.io). Before deciding what to change, establish what each number means and what each creator actually agreed to do. Participation, accepting a sample, and committing to a video are different actions.

## Separate campaign participation from a content commitment

Identify who joined, who you contacted, who confirmed specific content, and whose delivery you have verified. Interpret platform participation according to the current program rules. Any additional agreement about video format, quantity, or timing needs a clear confirmation. When that agreement is missing, clarify it rather than treating every participant as late.

[OneCrew](https://onecrewai.io/resources/user-guide?ref=blog.onecrewai.io) is an AI workspace for creator records, email communication, and follow-up tasks. Group the verified contacts for this campaign and review the requirements actually confirmed in their emails. Ask your connected AI to organize the gaps. You get a next step for each person instead of relying on a participation label.

## Check whether content is missing or just the link

For creators with agreed deliverables, check product receipt, missing information, unanswered questions, and whether published content has not yet been reported. If the creator is waiting for a specification, answer that question first. A missing submission is not enough evidence to explain the cause.

For a missing input, use this copyable follow-up template:

> We still need to confirm \[specific information or requirement\]. Once that is resolved, would you be able to film by \[date or time range\]?

Review it before sending. It is easier to answer than the same generic deadline reminder sent to everyone.

OneCrew: confirm delivery dates and time zones with an email template.

| Situation | Next action |
| ------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| No specific delivery agreement | Confirm interest and scope |
| Waiting on your materials | Supply them and confirm receipt |
| Published, but no link supplied | Request and verify the content URL |
| Agreed delivery has moved | Confirm the reason and a workable new plan |

## Clarify the incentive before changing it

Confirm qualifying products, the campaign period, and the work the creator has accepted. Additional commission and a fixed production fee are different arrangements. Amazon’s Creator Connections guide distinguishes campaign bonuses from standard affiliate commission; check the rules for the actual site and campaign you use.

Have OneCrew prepare a clarification from the terms you have verified, leaving unresolved items as questions. Keep the confirmed communication before changing the proposal, so old emails do not continue to describe a different offer.

## Review delivery and campaign outcomes separately

Track completion of agreed content alongside verified publication and available business results. If one group is consistently a poor fit, adjust selection. If several creators need the same missing document, fix the document first.

Use the campaign’s contacts and tasks in OneCrew to identify repeated unresolved steps. Address the gaps your team can resolve before starting another round.

Use OneCrew to identify the creators who have actually agreed to deliver content and give each one a concrete next task. Find the missing step before deciding that another commission increase is the right intervention.
